Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aureva Health website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are
Aureva Health is an oral-care brand based in Beirut, Lebanon, selling for delivery within Lebanon. Contact: support@aureva-health.com, WhatsApp +961 70 870050.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must give accurate contact and delivery details; we are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the information you gave was wrong or incomplete.
3. Our products
Aureva products are cosmetic oral-care products. They are not medicines, and they are not a substitute for professional dental care. Our V34 range works by optical colour correction — purple pigment neutralising yellow tones — together with gentle surface cleaning. It does not bleach the tooth.
Results vary from person to person and depend on the type of staining, your enamel, and how consistently you use the product. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular shade or result. Photographs of customer results show what those individuals achieved, not what every customer will achieve.
Do not use our products if you are allergic to any listed ingredient. Discontinue use and consult a dentist if irritation, unusual sensitivity or any adverse reaction occurs. If you are pregnant, have dental work, gum disease or any dental condition, speak to your dentist before starting.
4. Orders
An order you submit is an offer to buy. Orders placed on the site must be confirmed through the link we email you within 15 minutes; until you confirm it, no order exists. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it.
We may refuse or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, if the address is outside Lebanon, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Prices
All prices are in US Dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout and is added to every order. The total displayed at checkout is the full amount the driver will collect.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
6. Payment — Cash on Delivery only
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method we accept. You pay the delivery driver in cash, in US Dollars, when your order arrives. We do not accept Visa, Mastercard or any other card, bank transfers, cheques, or mobile wallets, and this website has no card payment facility of any kind.
Because we take no card payments, we will never ask you for card or bank details — not on this site, by email, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Treat any such request made in our name as fraudulent and report it to us.
Cash on Delivery is available for delivery inside Lebanon only.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. There is one delivery service, it takes 2–4 business days, and it is charged on every order. We do not offer free delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
Your rights to return an item and receive a refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
10. Reviews and content you submit
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you actually used. Do not submit content that is false, defamatory, offensive, infringes anyone’s rights, or contains someone else’s personal information. All reviews are moderated, and we may decline or remove one without notice. By submitting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on the site alongside the name you provide.
11. Intellectual property
The Aureva Health name, logo, product photography, text and site design belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, do not interfere with its operation, and do not extract its content by automated means without our permission.
13. Liability
We provide the site and its content on an “as is” basis and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, road closures, severe weather, power or telecommunications failures, or government action.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve things directly — please contact us first.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes will be announced on the site.
